Terms and Conditions We want you to understand the basis upon which you buy products from us.
CHECKING YOUR ORDERIt is up to you to check that your order is correct. There are facilities to enable you to correct any inputting errors prior to the submission of your order. If however you realize that you have made a mistake then do call us and we will see whether it is possible to intercept the order before it is accepted by us. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONIf a course is booked or held and a request to cancel is received within the 10 days period then this will be fully granted. In the event of a refund, an administration fee of £65 will be charged. Once a course has been accessed, we cannot grant a refund. Please ensure you have the correct course before ordering. PARTIAL PAYMENTSAny delay in payment by a specified payment date will incur a £5 fee. COURSE PACKAGES INCLUDING EXAMSAll exams must be taken within 12 months of course activation. Exam credits will be given only on exam booking. PRIVACY STATEMENTWe only collect information about you that you provide us with during the ordering or registration process whether you do this online or by other approved methods. CONFIDENTIALITYUsers hereby agrees during his / her period of active account and study not to disclose or duplicate any Confidential Information relating to the contents of the course to any third party beyond that which is necessary of his / her study. The user also agrees not to disclose any Confidential Information contractual or otherwise including all intellectual property rights that Simply.College may have to any third party outside the fulfilment of his / her course or study role. 'Confidential Information' means all data and information relating to the courses of Simply.College, including proprietary and Computer Software, Computer Files and Computer Technology. TRADING HOURS AND RESPONSE TIMESOur opening hours are 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). All orders and quotations received are acknowledged by email. Customer emails received by us will be responded to within a maximum of 2 (two) working days of receipt unless due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. ISP failure).
